3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk697 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The following rules apply to all transactions.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. tk697 does not impose a maximum single-transaction withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts, though the Platform reserves the right to apply reasonable daily or weekly transaction limits for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• 3.2Deposits are accepted only via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The mobile wallet used for deposit must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a mobile wallet registered to a person other than the account holder — are not accepted and may trigger a security review or account suspension.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests are processed by tk697 on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Funds are typically transferred to the player's registered mobile wallet within five (5) minutes of the withdrawal request being approved. • 3.4Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account from which the corresponding deposit was made. tk697 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or any payment method other than the registered mobile financial service account on file. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk697 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform's content or software is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk697 limits its liability to players as follows.

• 8.1tk697 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if tk697 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 8.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk697's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, tk697's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

tk697 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the circumstances described below. Where legally permissible, tk697 will inform the affected player of the reason for suspension or closure.

• 9.1tk697 may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice where the account holder is found to have breached any of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 6, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or where tk697 is required to do so by operation of law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
• 9.2Upon permanent account closure for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be handled as follows: where the closure is due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, the real-money balance may be forfeited; in all other cases, tk697 will endeavour to return the real-money balance to the payment method used for the last qualifying deposit.
• 9.3Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting tk697 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place should be aware that voluntary account closure does not remove or supersede the self-exclusion; re-registration during an active self-exclusion period is not permitted.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tk697 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect a player's substantive rights or obligations in a manner that a reasonable player would consider significant — tk697 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive effect, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect without advance notice. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
